Early in the film, we catch a steam engine puffing away in the background of a rail line construction scene.  

After the big showdown at the O.K. Corrall, we get a little more steam train action courtesy of Cumbres & Toltec Scenic RR. Engines #492 and #497 were loaned to the production, which filmed extensively in New Mexico.
