This remake of Kurosawa's Rashomon (1950) centers around the retelling of a traumatic event from 4 different points-of-view.
After spending the entire film waiting at a dilapidated depot, the train finally arrives in the second-to-last scene of the film. A low-angle pass-by of Sierra RR #3 was seamlessly inserted between studio shots of the depot set.
