A classic Howard Hawks western with John Wayne leading a charging performance as cattle man Dunson, whose oppressive leadership on a cattle drive leads to a mutiny. 

After the end of the grueling drive, nothing could be a better sight to the weary cattlmen than a passing train. Here we see Virginia & Truckee's #22 "Inyo" filmed on the Patagonia Branch of the Southern Pacific RR near Elgin, AZ. 

Today the Inyo is the pride and joy of the Nevada State RR Museum in Carson City.
