Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Impulsive Dog Academy, you agree to the following terms:

Services

Impulsive Dog Academy provides dog training services including in-person sessions, virtual sessions, and consultations.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of session. Packages must be paid in full before sessions begin.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of the session

• No-shows will not be refunded

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or unused portions of packages.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Following training guidance and instructions

• Handling their dog safely during sessions

• Disclosing any behavioral or aggression issues prior to training

Liability

Impulsive Dog Academy is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after training sessions.
Clients understand that working with animals carries inherent risks.

Results Disclaimer

Training results may vary depending on the dog, consistency, and owner participation. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
