By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

If the App requires account registration, you agree to:

Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
If the App allows users to upload, submit, store, or share content, the following terms apply:
You retain ownership of any content that you create or upload.
By submitting content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for purposes related to operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Contains malicious code, harmful materials, or fraudulent content.
Is abusive, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Certain features, services, or content within the App may require payment or an active subscription.
When applicable:
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.
Subscription plans automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current billing period expires.
Subscription management and cancellation can be completed through your Apple ID account settings.
Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policies.
Prices, subscription options, and available features may be modified from time to time at our discretion.
The App, including its software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, audio, video, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by us or our licensors.
Nothing contained in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or permission to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without our prior written authorization.
When using the App, you agree not to:
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Interfere with the proper operation, security, or functionality of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, databases, or user accounts.
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the App without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will operate without interruption.
The App will always be secure or error-free.
Defects or issues will be corrected immediately.
The App will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, neither we nor our affiliates, licensors, partners, or service providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To comply with Apple's App Store refund procedures, Apple may send our servers a notification identified as a CONSUMPTION_REQUEST when a user submits a refund request.
In connection with such requests, we may provide Apple with limited subscription-related usage information that assists Apple in evaluating eligibility for a refund.
The information shared is strictly restricted to subscription consumption data and does not include personal, sensitive, or unrelated user information.
By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the transmission of such subscription-related information to Apple where required for refund processing and in accordance with App Store policies and applicable privacy regulations.
We may revise or update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published within the App, on the App Store listing, or through other appropriate channels. The updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the App following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
