Imposter — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how **Imposter** (the “App”), published by **CGIN solution**, handles information when you use the App.

## 1. Information stored on your device

Imposter is a local pass-and-play game. Player names, scores, game settings, language selection, theme selection, sound preferences and similar game data are stored locally on your device so the App can work correctly.

We do not require an account, login or registration. We do not operate a server for storing player names, scores or game progress.

Player names are entered by the people using the device. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, passwords, contact details or information about another person without permission.

## 2. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

The App displays advertising provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app and ad interaction information, and technical information needed to deliver, measure, secure and improve advertising.

Depending on your region, device settings and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where consent is legally required, advertising should be served according to the applicable consent and privacy choices presented to you.

## 3. How we use information

We use locally stored game data to provide the game, remember your settings and display your scores. Advertising-related information is processed by Google and its partners for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and security, according to their policies and applicable law.

We do not sell player names, scores or locally stored game data.

## 4. Sharing

We do not share the locally stored game data with our own servers. Google and its advertising partners may receive or process information through the advertising SDK when ads are requested or displayed. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

## 5. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App data, reset the App, or uninstall the App. You can manage or reset advertising identifiers through your Android device settings. Google may retain advertising-related information according to its policies and legal obligations.

## 6. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience party game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not enter a child’s personal information into player names or other fields. If you believe that personal information was entered and needs to be removed, contact us using the address below.

## 7. Security

We use the local storage and platform services needed to operate the App. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, advertising services or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date.
