Ignore Duplicates: Select this option to import new masters or vouchers along with the existing ones in Tally ignoring the duplicates.
Replace: Select this option to replace the existing balances or vouchers with those existing in the data imported and also override the other options available in list of behaviours available.
Press Enter to import. You can view the imported masters or vouchers in the Accounts Info or Inventory Info or Day Book screens.
You can also view the import log by opening the file Tally.imp located in the Tally.ERP 9 installation folder. This file contains the details of the imported data, such as number of masters or vouchers imported, errors encountered, etc.
