TERMS OF SERVICE

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information for effective service delivery. Incorrect information may result in delays or service cancellation.

2. Payment for services must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service termination.

3. Clients are responsible for the content they provide. Impezia will not be liable for any content that violates laws or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Impezia will use reasonable efforts to achieve agreed-upon results but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Any changes in the scope of services must be requested in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes outside the initial agreement.

6. Clients must notify us of any issues with our services within seven days of service delivery. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any claims.

7. All intellectual property created during the provision of services will remain the property of Impezia until full payment is received.

8. Once a plan has commenced, refunds are not available until the completion of the first month of the entire term. After this period, clients may choose to terminate the plan; however, the cost for the first month will not be refunded.
