Imperia Sillage (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Imperia Notes mobile application (“the App”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Imperia Notes.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Imperia Notes is designed to function completely offline and does not require user accounts or internet access.
The app stores the following data locally on your device only:
Notes and text content created by the user
App preferences such as theme and display settings
This data is never transmitted outside your device.

Imperia Notes does not collect, store, or share:
Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number
Location or geolocation data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Contacts, photos, or media files

THIRD-PARTY SDKs
Imperia Notes uses only essential SDKs required for core functionality, including the Android SDK and Flutter SDK. The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
All SDKs are sourced from official and trusted providers and are used only to ensure app stability and performance.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
All data created within Imperia Notes is stored locally on the user’s device. Imperia Sillage does not operate servers to collect or store user data.
Reasonable measures are taken to ensure data is handled securely within the app. Users are responsible for securing their own devices.
DATA SHARING
Imperia Notes does not share user data with any third parties.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Imperia Notes does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected, the app is suitable for general use.
USER CONTROL
Users have full control over their data. Notes can be edited or deleted at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.
