His Majesty The Emperor has been pleased to approve the appointment of Socius Asmodeus Moilanen as acting Minister of Defence. 

His Majesty believes that, given the current circumstances-including the imposition of military law in Zayed-the Ministry of Defence should remain under direct military control until stability is restored.

The Palace wishes to reiterate that any further attacks on the sovereignty of the Gallic State will be met with a swift and uncompromising response from His Majesty’s Government. Such measures may include the full declassification by the GIS of the Maiorana Files, which contain detailed accounts of the disturbing relationship between former Patrician Chancellor Eleanor Maiorana and many of the traitors who are now spearheading the effort to defame the state by any means possible.
