The Cauchy Problem in General Relativity

The EWM-EMS summer school "The Cauchy Problem in General Relativity" will be held at Institut Mittag Leffler (IML), Djursholm (Sweden), June 13-17 2022. It will feature three mini-courses by Annegret Burtscher (Radboud University), Gustav Holzegel (Imperial College London and University of Münster), and Lan-Hsuan Huang (University of Connecticut), focusing both on the properties of initial data for Einstein's equations and on the study of solutions of the Einstein evolution problem. Additionally, there will be talks by participants and working seminars where recent papers constituting major advancements in the field will be discussed. Covid Guidelines

IML monitors the Covid-19 situation closely and follows regulations and recommendations from the Swedish Public Health Agency and the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. All participants who have difficulties traveling to Sweden because of the pandemic will be able to participate online.
