Effective Date: July 21, 2026
Image To PDF (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Muhammad Ali Mughal (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, processes, stores, and shares information. Image To PDF is designed as an offline document utility, and its primary image and PDF processing takes place locally on the user’s Android device.
The App allows users to select images from their device to create PDF documents.
The App only accesses images selected by the user. These images are processed locally on the device for features such as:
Creating PDF documents
Reordering pages
Adjusting page size and orientation
Applying margins
Adjusting image quality
Generating PDF previews
Selected images are not uploaded to our servers.
Depending on the Android version, the App may request access to selected photos or the device media library. This access is used only to provide the image-to-PDF functionality requested by the user.
PDF documents created through the App are stored locally on the user’s device.
The App may locally store PDF-related information such as:
PDF file name
File location
Number of pages
Creation date
Preview information
This information is used to display and manage the user’s PDF documents inside the App.
The App may save preferences locally, including:
Light, dark, or system theme selection
Image quality preference
Auto-save preference
Onboarding completion status
Other PDF creation settings
These preferences remain on the user’s device and are not transmitted to us.
Image To PDF does not transmit user images, PDF documents, app preferences, or personal information to servers controlled by us.
We do not collect:
Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Account or login information
Location information
Contacts
Financial or payment information
Advertising identifiers
Device identifiers for tracking
App usage analytics
Crash analytics
Browsing or search history
The App does not require users to create an account.
Information accessed by the App is used only to provide its core functionality, including:
Selecting images
Converting images into PDF documents
Reordering PDF pages
Previewing generated PDFs
Saving PDFs on the device
Managing locally created PDFs
Remembering user-selected preferences
We do not use user information for advertising, profiling, analytics, or marketing.
Images, generated PDFs, PDF history, and preferences are stored locally on the user’s device.
Generated PDFs remain available until the user:
Deletes them through the App
Deletes them through the device’s file manager
Clears the App’s storage
Uninstalls the App, where applicable
PDF copies exported to a user-selected folder may remain on the device even after the App is uninstalled. Users are responsible for managing exported copies through their device’s file manager.
We do not maintain server-side copies of images or PDF documents.
The App allows users to share or export PDF documents.
Sharing occurs only when the user deliberately selects a sharing or export option. The Android sharing interface may allow the user to send the PDF to another application or service installed on their device.
Once a PDF is shared with another application or service, its handling is governed by the privacy policy and terms of that selected application or service.
We do not automatically share PDF documents or images with third parties.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize users’ personal information, images, or PDF documents.
The App does not contain advertising or advertising-tracking technology.
The App may request only the permissions necessary for its core functionality, such as allowing the user to select images or choose a folder in which to save a PDF.
Users can review or revoke App permissions through their Android device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working correctly.
The App does not require location, contacts, microphone, phone, SMS, or background location permissions.
Because image processing and PDF generation are performed locally, user documents are not intentionally uploaded to our servers.
Users should protect their Android device with appropriate security measures, especially if their images or PDF documents contain private or sensitive information.
No electronic storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of files after they have been shared with another application, copied to an external location, or otherwise exported by the user.
Image To PDF is a general-purpose document utility and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. If you believe there is a privacy concern involving a child, please contact us using the information provided below.
Because the App does not provide user accounts or store user data on our servers, there is no server-side account or user profile to delete.
Users can manage their local information by:
Removing selected images from the App
Deleting generated PDFs
Deleting exported PDF copies using their file manager
Clearing the App’s storage through Android settings
Revoking permissions through Android settings
Uninstalling the App
Clearing App storage or uninstalling the App may permanently remove locally stored App data. Exported files stored outside the App’s private storage may need to be deleted separately.
The App may interact with Android system features such as the photo picker, document picker, file storage interface, and sharing interface.
If the user chooses to open, save, or share a PDF through a third-party application or cloud storage provider, that third party may process the document according to its own privacy policy. We do not control the privacy practices of applications or services selected by the user.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
