• You agree that you are responsible for all data charges you incur through use of the App/Game.
• Neither we nor any 3rd parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the promotions, information and materials found or offered on or within the App/Game for any particular purpose.
