[PROJECT DESIGN STORY]
Story 0. Structural Changes
The rooms with a great view (Rm1, Rm2) were fully demolished and turned into the living room, while part of the existing living room was rearranged into the child's room.
Story 1. Entrance and Kitchen
The non-load-bearing wall in front of the entrance was demolished to open up the view to the kitchen, creating a more spacious feel.
Story 2. Kitchen
The wall between the children's room and master bedroom was replaced with full glass, creating a sense of expanded space. Internal curtains were installed to maintain privacy.
Story 3. Children's Room
Considering the child's interest in dancing, one entire wall was covered with mirrors to allow practice and reflection.
Story 4. Master Bedroom
A sliding grid window was installed to ensure privacy while maintaining a clear view of the outside.
Story 5 & 6. Living Room
A custom-made built-in sofa was placed, with a grid-patterned accent wall behind it. Indirect lighting was integrated into the wall for enhanced lighting effects.
A bookshelf was created, doubling as a display space.
Story 7. Living Room Bathroom & Laundry Room
The bathroom, located to the left of the hallway, was concealed with a hidden door. The opposite laundry room was designed with a push-pull door, making it appear as a continuation of the wall.
