I am a User Experience (UX) Researcher at JPMorgan Chase, where I employ generative and evaluative research methods to create innovative services and products that prioritize the needs and preferences of the end users.
I am also a lecturer in the School of Information Science at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, currently teaching INSC436 Analytics and Metrics for User Experience.
I have established collaborative relationships with scholars from a variety of academic fields worldwide to address social science challenges in different contexts, such as scholarly communication, health informatics, and user behavior.
