All processing is performed locally on the user’s device. The App does not upload or store user content on external servers.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
All images, text, and documents processed by the App remain on your device.
You retain full ownership of your content.
We do not claim ownership of, store, or access your content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any content processed through the App.
Free users are limited to 3 total document creation actions.
Advertisements are displayed.
Features may be restricted.
Premium subscriptions unlock:
Unlimited PDF, TXT, and DOCX creation
Ad-free experience
Available subscription plans:
Weekly subscription
Yearly subscription (includes a 3-day free trial)
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Ads are shown only to free users.
Premium users will not see ads.
Ads are provided by third-party services and are subject to their own terms and policies.
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App
Circumvent usage limits or subscription mechanisms
Abuse or exploit the App in any manner
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
100% accuracy of text recognition results
Error-free operation at all times
OCR results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, and language.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device issues, user actions, or third-party services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
