These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Image to Vector iOS application (the “App”) provided by Image to Vector (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and Apple’s App Store rules when using the App. If you are under the age required in your country to agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of images and files you import, edit, and generate using the App.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any image, artwork, logo, or other content processed in the App.

You agree not to use the App to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.

4. Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Purchases

The App may offer free and paid features, including auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time purchases.

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

- Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

If you purchase a non-consumable/lifetime product, access is granted according to Apple’s purchase records.

You may use “Restore Purchases” to restore eligible purchases.

All billing, refunds, and transaction handling are managed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

5. Privacy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the App, except where permitted by law.

- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

- Circumvent technical limitations, security measures, usage rules, or purchase controls.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, text, graphics, branding, and features (excluding your content), is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including features, pricing, and availability, with or without notice where permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or related purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], excluding conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and/or provide notice as required by law.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
