With ImageGrid, you can:

• Convert your images into PDF documents for easy sharing and printing.
• Save your final creations directly to your device's local gallery.
• Share your edited images or PDFs effortlessly with others.
At Fresoware, we believe that your privacy is a fundamental human right. This Privacy Policy is simple and straightforward: WE DO NOT COLLECT YOUR DATA. This policy explains how our application operates entirely on your local device—processing all your photos and generating PDFs locally without ever harvesting your personal information or sending your files to any external server. By using ImageGrid, you agree to the practices outlined in this document.

We have built ImageGrid with a strict "Zero Data Collection" architecture.
(a) Personal Data
We do not collect, request, or store any Personal Data (such as your name, email, phone number, or location) through the app.
(b) Non-Personal Data
ImageGrid itself does not track your app usage, IP address, or device behavior. We do not have our own servers or databases to store any user metrics.
(c) Permissions-based Data
To function properly, the app requires certain local permissions. This data NEVER leaves your device:
• Storage (Photos/Media): Required solely to let you choose photos from your gallery and save your edited grids back to your device.
• Camera: Required solely to let you take photos directly within the app.
3. ⚙️ How We Use Data
Because we do not collect your data, we do not use your data. The permissions you grant (Storage and Camera) are used exclusively locally on your device to provide the core features of the app (creating and editing image grids). We do not monitor or profile your usage.
4. 📤 Data Sharing & Disclosure
It is impossible for us to share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third parties because we do not collect or possess your data in the first place.
5. 🔗 Third-party Services
While ImageGrid itself operates entirely locally and collects zero data, we do integrate essential third-party services for app monetization and stability. These independent services may collect basic diagnostic or ad-related data according to their own policies:
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve ads.

ImageGrid does not use any cookies, web beacons, or tracking technologies to track you. Third-party ad SDKs (like AdMob) may use mobile advertising identifiers, but the App itself employs absolutely zero tracking mechanisms.
7. 📸 User Content (Your Photos & Grids)
Your photos are completely private.
👉 We do not store or upload your images to our servers.
In fact, we do not even have servers. Every single edit, crop, and grid generation happens 100% locally on your smartphone's hardware. Nobody but you has access to your photo gallery or your final creations.
8. 🔒 Data Security
Since all your photos and app data remain entirely on your personal device, the security of your data depends on your device's own security measures (such as your screen lock or password). We have eliminated the risk of server data breaches by simply not having servers.
9. ⏳ Data Retention
Because we do not collect your personal data or user content, we do not retain anything. There are no databases to clear or logs to expire on our end.
10. 👶 Children’s Privacy
Because ImageGrid does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), the app is completely safe for use by anyone, including children under the age of 13. We are fully compliant with children's privacy protection standards as we harvest zero data.
11. 🌍 International Data Transfer
We do not transfer your personal data across international borders because we do not collect it. (Please refer to Google's privacy policies regarding how they handle basic ad/crash data internationally).
12. 🧾 Your Rights (User Rights)
You have ultimate and total control over your data because it never leaves your phone. You have the absolute right to:
• Access Data: You can view all your edited photos directly in your device's gallery.
• Delete Data: You can delete any photo or grid locally at any time.
• Opt-out: You can opt-out of personalized ads via your device's Google settings.
13. ❌ Data Deletion Policy
There is no complicated data deletion request process required with us. If you wish to delete all data associated with ImageGrid, simply:
1. Delete any photos you saved to your gallery.
2. Go to your device settings, clear the app's cache/data, and uninstall ImageGrid.
That’s it. You are completely removed.
14. 🔄 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. If we ever decide to change our "Zero Data Collection" model (which we don't plan to do), we will make it very obvious here. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
