By using the app Image Converter: Offline (“the App”), the user agrees to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If the user does not agree with these Terms, the user must discontinue use of the App.

Image Converter: Offline is a mobile utility that converts images, videos, and audio files directly on the device. All file conversions are processed offline and on-device and are not transmitted to external servers. The App uses third-party services for analytics and advertising.

3. Data and Privacy

The App does not upload user media files (images, video, audio) to external servers.
The App may collect non-personal usage data (e.g., feature usage, session events, product interactions) for the purpose of improving functionality and app performance.

4. Advertising and Consent

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Spain.
