I'm working on my first client site where the designer has specified an alternating grid for images. Images labeled with an appended letter are to appear side by side on larger breakpoints. I'm not too sure how to pull that off using the multi-image field setup in the CMS collection. I've done a bit of searching but not come across anything helpful.

Some (not all) of my images in grids disappear when viewed on mobile. They are set to display and I have no problem viewing them on the other breakpoints. I have tried both in a div, and just the image by itself in the grid, setting heights to the image and the div, and changing display from block to inline, and nothing seems to make a difference.

Before Christmas I was trying to create a prototype with various full width elements. One element is a fullwidth row of images - see the three horizontal images in - these should stretch to 100% of browser width.

Is it possible for the images to respond to the adaptive views?

For example:

On desktop (1200px width) the images are on one row, 3 images

On a tablet (768px width) the images will form 2 rows, one row with 2 images and another row with 1 image

On mobile (320px width) the images will form 3 rows, with one image on each.

I'm trying to export some simplified images from graphs, with the grid hidden since it tends to make things look messy. The thing is, when there are multiple y-axes this option seems to be ignored on the second axis. Does anyone have any idea how to get around this?

If you don't require the grid axis on your exported simplified image, then I would suggest disabling the grid lines for the extra axis, which can be done by right clicking on the graph and navigating into the Scales tab. Under grid style and colours you can change the grid style by clicking on the picture of a graph and selecting one of the three options, the leftmost being disabled gridlines.

That's a great suggestion - after a while I realised I could turn the grids off with the property nodes on the graph, but I'd prefer to have them visible in the program as they're sufficiently faded as to not render the graph unreadable. It's only when exporting as a simplified image that they cause problems. A few property nodes to turn them off & then back on should do the trick nicely.

In order to keep track of the operational state of power grids, the world's largest sensor system, smart grid, was built by deploying hundreds of millions of smart meters. Non-technical losses (NTLs) have always been a major concern for their consequent security risks as well as immeasurable revenue loss. However, various causes of NTL may have different characteristics reflected in the data. Accurately capturing these anomalies faced with such a large scale of collected data records is rather tricky as a result. In this paper, we proposed a new methodology of detecting abnormal electricity consumptions. We did a transformation of the collected time-series data which turns it into an image representation that could well reflect users' relatively long term consumption behaviors. Inspired by the excellent neural network architecture used for objective detection in computer vision, we designed our deep learning model that takes the transformed images as input and yields joint features inferred from the multiple aspects the input provides. Considering the limited amount of labeled samples, especially the abnormal ones, we used our model in a semi-supervised fashion that was brought about in recent years. The model is tested on samples which are verified by on-field inspections and our method showed significant improvement for NTL detection compared with the state-of-the-art methods.
