Vertex Pixel Studio ("we", "us", or "our") built Image Compressor Pro (the "App") as a Free application. This SERVICE is provided by Vertex Pixel Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.

#### A. Image & Media Files (100% Offline & Private)
Your privacy is our top priority. Image Compressor Pro does NOT upload, store, or transmit your photos or media files to any external cloud servers or third-party databases. All image compression, cropping, rotating, and resizing operations are executed entirely locally on your Android device. Your photos stay 100% private and confidential on your device.
#### B. Third-Party Data Collection (Advertising)
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes.
The App incorporates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob). AdMob may collect and process certain non-personal device information, including:
- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID)
- IP Address
- Device model and operating system version
- Ad interaction and performance analytics

### 2. Permissions Required by the App
To function properly, Image Compressor Pro requests the following permissions on your device:
- Storage / Media Access (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used solely to allow you to select photos from your gallery for compression and save the compressed outputs back to your device storage.
- Internet Access (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used solely by Google AdMob to load banner and rewarded video advertisements.
### 3. Log Data
In case of an error or crash in the app, Google Play Services may collect log data and diagnostic info on your phone called Log Data. This log data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of your use of the Service.
### 4. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
