While the user is logged in to account and has location services enabled, we will continue to collect your location information in order to provide the Help Service (to provide the Help Services or to share your location with the members you allow to see your location). We store location information for 30 days and if a user asks to delete data earlier than this period, we will do it immediately.

1.4 Why is it important to get a location in the background?
Our application is also intended for parents who want to ensure complete safety for their children, wherever they are. Also in the Help app, parents can receive instant notifications about the movements of their children. These features can work correctly and transmit the most complete information to parents only when receiving a location in the background. This approach will provide an opportunity to ensure complete safety and involvement in the life of the child 24/7.
