My pinoy mother in law is very sick with brain tumor and recently lost sight in her last remaining eye and I am trying to find things that could occupy her mind during the day. We are in Montreal, Canada and the only thing she has is TFC and she can only watch that for so long every day so I am trying to find audio book in Tagalog or Ilocano. Ilocano would be the best but I'm not getting my hopes up for that. I found a small short story collection in Tagalog which sounded exactly like what I was looking for but it ended up being very short so I am still looking. We thought of music which I should be able to get off youtube but my opinion is that story and book would be better to exercise and stimulate her mind considering she is starting to have issue remembering things and knowing what is happening. Radio drama would be super also but there would need to be a few epsiode available for it to be worth it. I know of Pagsarmingan so I'll be looking for a few of those but any other suggestion would be great. I found the bible also in Tagalog audio and currently looking for a good version in Ilocano as the one I found is said to be very poor and read by a non-native speaker. Any help would be appreciated as there is only so much a puty guy like me can find on google:)

Oh sorry, I think I am understanding you now. There must be an intrinsic interaction with how the operating system plays audio files via a Chrome browser. If there is no built in player or app with permissions to run the file without downloading it then it will fail in this scenario. I would imagine that if you saved the audio file as a video and uploaded it to Google Drive then you would be able to play it in line as Google Drive on the web has a built in video player but as far as I understand it, doesn't have a built in audio player.
