I am having the same problem , i am trying to update my camara , but the ilauncher doesnt recognize the camara , ive tried also puting the update on the sd card but also i cant update it , ive tried the same steps from another computer,sees the camara but failing to download the update via ilauncher,any help will be apreciated
I've read that others have and troubles with ilauncher..so it seems pretty common. Just got my NX500. I connected to the computer (Windows 8.1) and followed the instructions. There was no pop-up window. I searched forums and found a link to download iLaucher and downloaded it. I installed. It does not recognize the camera. Can't find it in control panel to uninstall and try re-installing.
