I hold a double-master degree in Social Research at the University of Trento and at Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg.

My research interests concern social stratification and educational inequality, teacher bias, the measurement of cognitive and non-cognitive skills, and much more! My Ph.D. dissertation focuses on the role of teachers' grading practices in shaping educational inequalities and students' outcomes.

Aspirations

I am a curious and passionate researcher, as well as methodic and organized. I would like to have the opportunity to pursue my research interests in a stimulating and collaborative environment, in which individual qualities and inclinations can emerge. I believe I can perform at best in group, so I hope I will find a strong team in which doubts and questions are shared and discussed together, with the common goal of pursuing high-quality scientific research. I also would like to share scientific results to a broader public and learn how to communicate science in an effective way.
