By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

This Policy applies to our mobile applications and any in-app features, including advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and content delivery.
Some data collection and processing are performed by our third-party partners (listed below). Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

Device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, device identifiers (including Android Advertising ID).
Network info (carrier name, signal strength), crash logs, performance diagnostics.
Approximate location:
May be inferred by third-party partners (e.g., via IP address) to provide accurate ads, analytics, and fraud prevention. We do not collect precise (GPS-level) location.
User content:
If you voluntarily send us content (e.g., support requests or feedback), we will process it to address your inquiry.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- Personalize the App experience (e.g., language, content recommendations, non-sensitive personalization).
- Deliver advertising (including contextual and, where legally permitted and with consent where required, personalized ads).
- Analytics, research, and development.
- Debugging, fraud prevention, security, and abuse detection.
- Communicate with you (support, updates, security alerts).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland where applicable)
- Performance of a contract (to provide the Services).
- Legitimate interests (e.g., app security, fraud prevention, service improvement).
- Consent (e.g., personalized advertising or analytics where required). You can withdraw consent at any time via in‑app settings or device settings.
- Legal obligation (e.g., responding to lawful requests).
How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers and partners that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations (ads, analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting).
- With affiliates, within our group of companies, for the purposes described in this Policy.
- For legal reasons, to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; to enforce our terms; to protect users and the public.
- In connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to continued protection under this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws may treat personalized advertising as a “sale” or “share.” See “Your Rights and Choices” for opt-out options.

Data Retention
- We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.
- Analytics and diagnostics data are typically retained for up to 24 months, after which they may be aggregated or anonymized.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by local law). If you believe a child has provided us personal data without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
International Transfers
We may process and store information on servers located in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland.
Your Rights and Choices
- Consent management (EEA/UK/Switzerland): You can grant/withdraw consent for personalized ads and analytics via in‑app controls (if provided) or via our consent dialog (UMP). Withdrawing consent will not affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Access, correction, deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (subject to legal limitations).
- Personalized ads controls:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization (or device settings for Advertising ID).
- In‑App: If provided, toggle personalized ads/analytics off.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of “sale”/“sharing” for cross‑context behavioral ads, use device or in‑app controls. You may also send a request to the email below.
- Do Not Track: We do not respond to DNT signals due to lack of industry standard; use the controls above instead.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Some rights may be limited by law or necessary business needs (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).
Links to Other Sites/Apps
Our App may link to third-party sites or apps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
Data Safety (Google Play Disclosure Summary)

- Purposes: app functionality, analytics, ads, fraud prevention, security, and communications.
- Data is encrypted in transit; you can request deletion where applicable; data collection is not mandatory for basic offline playback features (but ads/analytics functionality may require it).
- Data sharing: with service providers/partners under contract; we do not sell personal information for money.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates in the App and update the “Last Revised” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
