a. Loan Application Information
Our app may be used to initiate and complete loan applications. We will collect information provided by you that is required by lender partners to process each application (collectively, "Loan Application Information"). We will use Loan Application Information to evaluate, process, and underwrite the application on behalf of our lender partners. We will also retain and use Loan Application Information, including to establish and administer loan accounts, for fraud protection, and to satisfy certain regulatory requirements. Except where prohibited by law, we may use the email, physical address, and phone number provided in the Loan Application Information to deliver marketing communications to you via email or direct mail or to contact you for information about your experience with our app, products, and services. When we send marketing communications via email, we provide unsubscribe options within our emails so that you can opt-out of receiving future marketing communications via email. Even if you opt-out of receiving marketing communications by email, we may still use the email address to send transaction information related to an application or a loan. You may opt-out of receiving marketing or user-experience related phone calls by contacting us at the address provided in Section 12 of this Privacy Policy. We may use or provide to third parties certain Loan Application Information for analysis purposes. For example, we may use such Loan Application Information to analyze the effectiveness of loan solicitations or underwriting. Loan Application Information used or shared in this manner will not contain your personally identifiable information. We may provide to third parties certain Loan Application Information for product or service offerings. For example, we may use such Loan Application Information to identify pertinent financial products and share the Information with existing and future lender partners with whom we have contractual arrangements to offer such products. In all cases, our collection, use and disclosure of Loan Application Information will be in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and the requirements of applicable law.
b. Survey Information
After receiving a submitted loan application, we may ask you to complete a survey. You are not required to complete the survey. We use the information provided in survey responses to improve our products and services.
c. User Supplied Information
You may be asked to supply contact information in order to receive information or materials that you request, to request being added to an email list, or to participate in a contest or sweepstakes. We will collect information from you including name, email address and education information (collectively, "User Supplied Information"). Except where prohibited by law, we may use the email address provided to deliver marketing communications to you or to communicate information, tools, products and service offerings, including loan products funded by our lender partners. When we send marketing communications via email, we provide unsubscribe options within our emails so that you can opt-out of receiving future marketing communications via email. For example, we may use such User Supplied Information to identify pertinent financial products and share the information with lenders, or service providers offering such products. (1)Contacts:Purpose is to manage risk and conduct anti-fraud checks.We will collect your emergency contact information,including relationship to your,name and mobile,which will be used to manage risk and carry out anti-fraud checks.The stage will transfer information to the server and encode client information with DES and AES by means of HTTPS encryption, gathered just when you utilize the application. We will encrypt your data and use secure HTTPS for transmission.We will save it on a private server and promise not to share it with a third party. (2)Phone Device: We collect your device information: Phone model, IMEI, System version, Screen size, WiFi information and advertising ID assigned by third-party services, The status of your phone is accessed by us and is used to identify you and guarantee the security of your information, as well as to assist third parties in collaborating on risk assessments,We will save it on a private server and promise not to share it with a third party. (3)Location: In order to lessen the risk (s) associated with your account, we obtain your device’s location data,We monitor GPS location information for anti-fraud purposes only. (4)App List: We may collect your app list for the reasons of ensuring the safety of your use environment, by reading your app name, installation time, and installation package name to ensure that your app is free of dangerous software containing viruses.
(5)Camera: In order to give you a simple and smooth experience and allow you to take photos of your KYC documents and other required documents and upload them to the app during the loan application process, we need permission to use the camera.We will save it on a private server and promise not to share it with any third parties.

(2)to fulfill your request with goods, services, and information.

5. Information about your device
The information that the app collects and uses depends on how you manage your device’s privacy settings.We store the information we collect when you install the App with unique device-specific identifiers.When you download and install the app, we get information from your device and ask for explicit permission to get the necessary data from your device.Your device’s unique ID,IMEI,GAID (Google Advertising ID), IP, operating system information SDK version, mobile network information, including carrier name, SIM Serial and SIM Slot, profile information, list of installed apps, and WIFI information, are among the data we collect.
We collect information about your device to prevent your account from being used on other people’s devices and to provide automatic updates and additional security. In addition, the information gives us useful feedback on your device behavior and identity as a device holder, enabling us to enhance your personalized user experience and enhance our services.
6. Accessing and Updating Information
You can update your personal information before submitting your loan application through our app app,If you have any question,contact us by mail, as provided in Section 12 of this Privacy Policy to update Loan Application Information.
7. How Long we keep your data
If you post a comment, both the comment itself and its metadata are kept forever. This allows us to recognize and automatically approve any follow-up comments rather than placing them in a moderation queue.We also store the personal information provided by users who register on our website (if any) in their user profile. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the integrity and accuracy of any Personal Information which you transmit over the Internet, nor guarantee that such Personal Information would not be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by unauthorized third parties, due to factors beyond our control. You are responsible for keeping your Account details confidential and you must not share your password with anyone and you must always maintain the security of the Mobile Device that you use.
Your personal information is stored behind secured networks and is only accessible by a select few individuals who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. If the company keeps the data for a longer period of time, it will do so in order to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations, and the relevant laws or regulations will serve as the legal basis for the company. Additionally, Secure Socket Layer (128-bit SSL) technology encrypts any and all sensitive or credit-related information you provide. In order to protect your personal information, we use a variety of security measures whenever a user requests a loan, enters data, or accesses their information. Our servers do not store or process any of the transactions, rather, they are processed by a gateway provider.
All your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. We classify your data based on importance and sensitivity, and ensure that your Personal Information has the highest security level. We make sure that our employees and Third Party Service Providers who access the information to help provide you with our services are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet such obligations. We have special access controls for cloud based data storage as well. a. Setting

If you want us to process your personal information, you can submit an application to us through our official email or customer service phone. After we verify your identity, Your request will be processed within 30 working days.
(3)You can enable/disable specific permissions for ikash on your Device, by going to the "App Permissions" setting in "Settings"
(4)You can toggle on/off your location in your "Location Settings"
(5)You can contact us through customer service to delete your data, and we will process your request within 10 working days.
b. Access, modify your personal information
(1) You have the right to request access to and/or correction of any other Personal Information that we hold about you. When you update your Personal Information, you will be asked to verify your identity before we proceed with your request. Once we obtain sufficient information to accommodate your request for access to or correction of your Personal Information, we shall proceed to respond to your request within any time frame set out under your applicable data protection laws.
(2) A copy of your Personal Information collected and processed by us will be provided to you upon your request free of charge. For any extra requests of the same information, we may charge a reasonable fee based on actual administrative costs according to the applicable laws.
(3) If you would like to request access to your Personal Information held by us or if you believe any information we have on you is incorrect or incomplete,please contact us via email.
c. Withdrawal of your permission
You can withdraw your permission upon your personal information at any time by informing us,We will process your request within a reasonable time from when the request was made, and thereafter not collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Information as per your request.Please recognize that your withdrawal of consent could result in certain legal consequences. We shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental,consequential,special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of:
Your use of or reliance on the App or your inability to access or use the App, Any transaction or relationship between you and any other third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
11.Loan Description
ikash loan amount ranges between UGX 50,000 to UGX 500,000 for terms that range between 91 days to 365 days.Annual Interest Rate (APR) is from 18% to 26%.
12.Delete Account/Data
You can delete your account information at any time, but if you later change your mind, you may not be able to restore your account.
Step 1: Know what it means to delete your account
i. You will lose all data and content in your account, such as personal information, history, files, and photos.
ii. You will not be able to log in and use our services through this account
Step 2: View information and loan history
Before you request deletion of your account, please do the following:
i. Check to see if any loans are being applied for and if there are any outstanding orders
ii. Cancellation of application or payment refund order
Step 3: Delete your account or your data
Note: If you have multiple accounts, deleting one account will not cause the other accounts to be deleted.
i.Contact us via email and include your name and account name.
ii. Within 30 work days of receiving the email, we will contact you to confirm whether or not to delete your account.
iii. If deletion is confirmed, we will delete your account according to relevant instructions.
