This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and iKaraoke (“the App,” “we,” or “us”) and governs your use of our mobile application and related services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use iKaraoke for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement and all applicable laws.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the app’s code or content.
Use the app in any unlawful manner or distribute copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
Circumvent subscription features or licensing restrictions.
In-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. Please review Apple’s terms and your subscription settings for details on billing, renewal, and cancellation.
All content, designs, and technology in iKaraoke are owned or licensed by iKaraoke and its partners. You are granted only the right to use the app under this Agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or misuse the app.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iKaraoke and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
