(power hour from 12-1)
Session 3
(power hour from 12-1)
The goal of these sessions is support you to work on developing your ILTA conference presentation into a short report for the IJTEL upcoming journal issue, in a creative, welcoming and supportive writing environment.
To support publication for this short report section we will be holding a series of facilitated zoom ‘Power Hour of Writing’ sessions.
The ‘Power Hour of Writing’ sessions, inspired by the University of West Scotland (Zihms & Mackie, 2022), will be hosted by IJTEL editors and will be opportunities for authors to protect space for writing.
The sessions will consist of a 10-minute check in & goal setting, 60-minutes of focused time and will conclude with a 10 minute follow up.
Participants are also encouraged to set up their own supportive writing sessions outside of these times and dates, to suit.
