Where the professional printing begin
Many people do not understand how to start the canon g3010, so here is the way
Having your own printer makes even more sense if you are starting a home business, as it can save you time and money from having to go to the computer shop. You can create your own business cards, shipping labels, print invoices, reports, or other documents for official purposes. You can even turn it into a separate business if you have the creative skill.
Whatever the reason, if you find yourself in need of a printer, the good news is there are a lot of options depending on your needs and your budget. If cost is your main concern, ink tank printers are perhaps the most relevant choice because they bring the most appropriate combination of affordability and print quality.
The one I will be reviewing this week is the Ij start canon G3010 and after using it for the past month, it’s easy to see why it’s become one of the most popular and best-selling all-in-one wireless printers in its price point. Just like how we review our smartphones, let’s start with the build quality and the design. The Pixma G3010 may not be the most compact all-in-one but it’s one of the sleekest-looking with its nice matte black finish that just looks classy, and since the ink tanks are built-in you can just close the trays and it would look nice on any desk or shelf.
Setting up the Pixma G3010 is simple enough, but it’s best to read the manual and follow the steps in the right order, especially before pouring the ink.
A few things to take note of: first remove all those orange tapes, including the orange plastic thing covering the print heads, otherwise, you would not be able to open the locking cover all the way. Take note of the labels on the print head cartridges “C” and “B” before inserting them in their respective slots and make sure to push both of the joint buttons down completely at the same time.
Once the print heads are installed, you need to turn on the printer first before filling up the ink tanks. Do not connect any other cables. Press the On button and confirm that the ink icon and “0” are displayed on the screen. Only then can you start filling up the individual ink tanks. Each bottle and ink tank is labeled clearly and the tips fit perfectly, so you shouldn’t have any problem with spills.
Once you’ve filled the ink tanks, and finished the setup, you can connect the printer to your PC and/or your smartphone using either a wired or wireless connection. Download the drivers to set it up and make it available over your internet so that all your local devices can access it wirelessly for easy print jobs. This is useful when sharing the printer with other family members. Do take note that it does not support the macOS. It also has a feature called direct connect that allows you to print wirelessly without connecting to your WiFi router.
To connect your smartphone, download the Canon PRINT App (Android or iOS). The app allows you to print photos and documents, scan items directly to your phone’s memory, copy, and even click pictures from your smartphone camera and directly print them with Pixma G3010.
