Call for Submissions

Dear authors,

Welcome to the Interdisciplinary Journal of Science and Society. This is a journal founded by California Northstate University College of Health Sciences with the aim of highlighting interdisciplinary studies. Our journal invites meaningful, novel, original research in multiple disciplines. We are looking for completed research, with an aim and an outcome that includes research that invites an exploration of the unknown. Curiosity is encouraged, and our journal includes a forum where published authors can interact with individuals who have questions about their research or offer alternatives of experimentation.

Please review the guidelines listed below for how to submit an article for inclusion in the journal and the required specifications to ensure that your submission receives consideration for inclusion in the journal.

Guidelines for submission:

• Video Abstract mp4 file (3-5 min)

• PDF submission: Microsoft Word

• Submit to https://forms.gle/mJUJAG5j5o9JQqkL9

• Peer-reviewed journals in Reference list preferred

• Must have authorship/sponsorship of faculty member at undergraduate university

• Must be an undergraduate at the time of submission

• An undergraduate is the principal author

• Required formatting:

• Times New Roman, 12

• All margins set at 1 inch

• Double spaced throughout

• APA citations and formatting

• Include a title page

• Section/subsection headings to organize the thought and the flow of information

• Word count minimum 3000 upon initial submission; maximum at final submission is at editor’s discretion

• Figures and illustrations welcome
