The annual International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and the International Neural Network Society. It covers a wide range of topics in the field of neural networks, from biological neural network modeling to artificial neural computation. IJCNN 2021 will be held in Shenzhen, China 18-22 July, 2021.

This Special Session on Computational Intelligence in Transactive Energy Management and Smart Energy Network (CITESEN 2021) within IJCNN 2021 aims to showcase the latest development in advanced applications of computational intelligence to smart energy management and smart energy markets.
