Information:
- Pre-registration is must for participation. (fill the google form below)
- Registration fees for the two day seminar is
- Rs. 6000 for the Professors/Lecturer/Engineer/Consultant
- Rs. 4000 for the Researcher/Graduate Student/M.Tech Student/B.E or B.Tech Student
- Rs. 4000 for the individual who completed the graduation and waiting for the job (self registration form should be used).
- The registration fee includes the following
- Lunch and coffee breaks for Two days
- A souvenir Bag - 1 no
- Certificate, seminar kits
- GST Charges
- Last date for registration: March 20, 2019
- The program starts at 10 am and ends at 5 pm on both the days.
- The organizer kindly request you to plan your travel accordingly.
- The confirmation of your participation will be approved with in 5 days after the registration.
- Accommodation is available on payment basis (additional payment) at Guest House/Student Hostels - first come first serve
- Single room - Rs. 1200 per one night (For faculties and Engineers only - Should be paid through Demand Draft)
- Double room - Rs. 1800 per one night (For faculties and Engineers only - Should be paid through Demand Draft)
- Sharing Room - Rs. 200 Per one night (For B.Tech Students only - Should be paid by hand)
- The Payment for the accommodation should be paid through demand draft in favour of "The Registrar, IIT Hyderabad".
- Accommodation will be confirmed after the receiving the DD - Please upload the scanned copy of the DD in the google form.
- Accommodation request by the spot registration candidates is not encouraged, however, it will be provided based on the availability.

Registration procedure is as follows

2. Fill all the details, Sign, get a approval from your institute/organisation
3. Fees for the seminar should be paid through the SBI Collect link given below. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
Important: Registration will be confirmed only after filling the google form given below with all the necessary details [Personal information, registration form, fee receipt, payment reference number and ID card (or Aadhaar Card - only for self registration)].

4. Scan the signed registration form and fee receipt
5. The applicant should also upload the scanned copy of his/her institute or organization ID card
6. Finally fill the following google form (personal information and files uploading)
