Locomotor disability means disability of the bones, joints or muscles leading to substantial restriction of the movement of the limbs or any form of cerebral palsy.
Visual impairment refers to a condition in which a person experiences a partial or complete loss of vision, affecting their ability to see and perceive the world around them.
