Nivya is a motivated professional who enjoys overseeing operations at all organisational levels. During her  graduation, she oversaw literary and cultural festivals at the intercollege level. She is extremely organised, self-driven, and has excellent people skills. She is eager to learn and explore new things in a variety of industries. She was able to choose and settle on a professional path in the development industry thanks to her internship experience with an NGO. Her excellent report-writing, presentation, and recall abilities encouraged her to pursue an MBA in a field she finds highly appealing.
