Harendra is a highly motivated, hardworking individual with a drive to make a palpable change in society's outlook and actions forward toward sustainable agriculture. He runs his venture of Vermi-composting and pisciculture in his village at Sonkatch, M.P. Being a son of a hardworking farmer and with knowledge in the field of Agriculture, he is currently applying concepts of organic farming on his own farmland. He is an open-minded individual who believes in appreciating thoughts and practical implementation of knowledge. His attitude of dedication and ownership towards work make him a potential team leader.

Achievements

• Volunteered in Social Involvement program and Helped Underprivileged Children by providing Elementary Education and guidance for one year at HHFC (Helping Hand Friends Charitable Trust)

• Participated in RADEP (Rural Awareness and Entrepreneurship Development Program) for One month, Organized by ICAR ( Indian council of agriculture research) at "Farm Science Center" Prayagraj (U.P)

• Completed a one month certification program on Coursera on the topic "Challenges on Agribusiness Management"
