Digital Banking is a certificate course that is offered by IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance) to provide bankers with sound knowledge of digital banking products. Anyone irrespective of the fact whether he/she is a member or non-member of the Institute can sit for this exam.
IIBF may also ask questions about the latest developments and guidelines on digital banking issued by various regulators in the exam. So, IIBF requires/requests the candidates to keep themselves updated with the same.

The candidates who pass will receive a digitally signed certificate through their e-mail that is registered with the Institute within 3 weeks after the declaration of the result. No Paper Certificate is now issued by the Institute.

The examination will be conducted on pre-announced dates published on IIBF Web Site. Institute conducts the examination on 2nd & 4th Saturday and on all Sundays. However, the periodicity of the examination may be changed depending upon the requirement of the banking industry.
This course is aimed at providing the knowledge inputs and skills set to BCs. The structure of the course is, therefore to provide basic knowledge in banking operations and help the BCs in developing an overall understanding of the subject.
