These guidelines are here to help you craft your ideas in ways that are both expressive of your unique work and aligned with continuing education standards.

25-50 word biography
Title of presentation
Description of how your presentations fits our Conference Theme
150 word abstract
Detailed outline, for 75 minute presentation, including experiential elements
Three learning objectives for your presentation
Three citations to support your presentation. APA Style preferred.
Uploadable résumé (Note for international applicants: In the United States, a résumé is equivalent to a full Curriculum Vitae (CV). Please upload your complete CV, including education, professional experience, publications, and relevant credentials.)
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
