The thing I personally don't love about tinctures is the taste. Nothing sitting in 70% alcohol is going to taste great. Luckily there are tinctures that have been made with vegetable glycerin and don't taste like a dirty sock. Vegetable glycerin makes the CBD taste sweet and has all the same benefits of alcohol-preserved tinctures.
I love tinctures. They're perfect for pain, inflammation, anxiety and depression. I feel like most people have at least one of those symptoms and tinctures are a great solution.
