Data Quality Evaluation
My research bridges the fields of computer security, privacy, AI, and ML to create novel methods for data quality evaluation.
I am building a comprehensive framework that merges conventional data quality metrics with cybersecurity considerations, initially focusing on Android devices and expanding to iOS for broader applicability.
My research aims to develop a proof-of-concept design that not only collects data from smartphones but also provides invaluable data quality and security estimates, empowering data consumers to make informed decisions.
I'm dedicated to enhancing mobile security and privacy.
My research investigates cutting-edge techniques to detect "colluded applications" attacks, where malicious apps bypass security mechanisms. By thwarting these attacks, we can significantly improve user privacy and system security on mobile devices, safeguarding the vast amount of personal data they hold.
My practice-oriented approach has led to the development of Android applications available on the Google Play Store, demonstrating real-world impact and reaching hundreds of users.
I am committed to continuing my interdisciplinary research, pushing the boundaries of AI and ML in cybersecurity, privacy, and data quality.
My future work includes refining data quality evaluation, exploring new applications, and leveraging AI to enhance its effectiveness.
I'll also delve deeper into mobile security, seeking innovative ways to protect Android and iOS devices.
The detection, mitigation, and recovery from "colluded applications" attacks will remain a focal point, utilizing advanced AI and ML techniques.
Ultimately, my goal is to create a future where mobile users enjoy robust privacy protection without sacrificing usability or experience.
