Ziyi (Iggy) Zhao

Ph.D. in Management Information Systems

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics (ISBA) at Florida International University.

My research focuses on AI and collaborative innovation for the future of work. I uncover the invisible dynamics of human-AI interaction in the contexts of coding, problem-solving, information-seeking, and diagnosing.

I earned my Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Temple University. I am forever honored to have received advice from Drs. Aleksi Aaltonen, Jaehwuen Jung, Munir Mandviwalla, and Detmar Straub.
