Cloud ERP Clipboard Helper is a productivity-focused Chrome extension designed to assist authorized users with user interface (UI) interactions in Cloud ERP environments. This policy describes how the extension handles data.
The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or business data. It only interacts with data in the following ways:
Clipboard Data: When the user performs a paste action, the extension reads the clipboard content locally to facilitate the "Smart Paste" feature into the ERP's grid fields.
On-Screen ERP Data: When enabled by the user, the extension reads workflow/approval status information from the active tab to display informative tooltips.
We do not collect usernames, passwords, or authentication tokens.
We do not collect browsing history or data from non-ERP websites.
We do not store any data on our servers (we do not have servers).
We do not track user behavior or use analytics.
All data processing happens locally on the user's machine (client-side).
Data is used solely to automate manual UI tasks (like pasting rows) or to visualize existing workflow statuses.
No data is ever sent to external servers or third parties.
This extension does not store any data persistently. Settings (such as enabling/disabling tooltips) are stored locally in the user's browser via localStorage and are never synced or exported.
clipboardRead: Used exclusively for the "Smart Paste" feature. It allows the extension to process structured data (e.g., from Excel) and map it to ERP UI fields.
scripting & Host Permissions: Used to provide workflow visibility tooltips. The extension only runs on specific ERP domains (e.g., *.ifscloud.com, *.ifsapp.com) to ensure it only interacts with the intended environment.
No Remote Code: All code is bundled within the extension package. No external scripts are loaded at runtime.
Compliance: This tool operates as a "UI Assistant" (similar to a browser macro) and does not bypass any application logic or security protocols of the host ERP system.
This extension does not integrate with, transmit data to, or depend on any third-party services or analytics tools.
