The Inter-Finance PhD Seminar is a collaborative research environment composed of PhD students across the U.S. and Europe working on financial economics questions. Students present their own work, receive feedback from like-minded students with similar research interests, and learn about what their colleagues are working on.

Format
The presenters are PhD students in the research active phase of their program, working broadly in the area of financial economics.
The seminars are conducted via Zoom and are 60 minutes in length:
50-min presentation, followed by a 10-min Q&A session
First 5minutes uninterrupted with the exception of clarifying questions
After the first 5 minutes, audience are welcome to ask questions verbally by unmuting themselves
If the seminar has a scheduled discussant, the format will be: 40-min presentation, 10-min discussion, and 10-minute Q&A
The Q&A session is for more detailed questions, discussion, and feedback after the presentation. At the presenter's request, the moderator may make a recording of the zoom presentation, provided that everyone in the zoom audience permits it.
