✈️ Puerto Rico does not have a vaccine mandate for Domestic arrivals or require American citizens to present a negative COVID test.  All non-U.S. citizens, and non-U.S. immigrants traveling to the United States, including Puerto Rico, ARE REQUIRED to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
