With 8+ years in the eLearning Industry and a passion for teaching, I have deployed training projects and held instructor positions for the design and delivery of learning experiences both in seated and online settings.

As an Instructional Designer and Training Consultant, I worked for clients in different industries from higher education, to K-12 and finally corporate training environments. What drew me into becoming an Instructional Designer was mainly my belief in the power of technology and its ubiquity that can transform the quality of training delivery and learning performance.

Thus, I have made it personal throughout my Instructional Design career to acquire the right combination of skills to meet the growing challenges and needs in the training & teaching worlds.
