I have freelance experience as a Research Coordinator at the National Film Board of Canada and completed an internship as a Learning Advisor with the Parole Board of Canada, where I supported a change management initiative by conducting performance needs assessments and developing targeted training and non-training solutions. Prior to this, I held administrative roles at several vocational colleges in Montréal, where I oversaw student services and program coordination. Additionally, I taught at a secondary school in South Korea that ranked in the top 3% nationally, where I delivered curriculum instruction and supported student achievement.
