I worked as a Learning Advisor intern at the Government of Canada, supporting a change management initiative by conducting performance needs assessments and developing targeted training and non-training solutions. Prior to this, I held administrative roles at several vocational colleges in Montreal, overseeing student services and program coordination. Additionally, I taught at a secondary school in South Korea ranked in the top 3% nationally, where I delivered curriculum and promoted student achievement.
