Ideaction (hereinafter referred to as the "App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your information when you use the App.

This App is a fully local, offline-first application. You do not need to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to external servers.
All data created within the App (notes, ideas, actions, etc.) is saved solely within the local storage of your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
2. Cloud Backups
If you use third-party applications (such as Google Drive) to back up or sync your device's local folders to the cloud, that data is handled according to the privacy policy of the respective service. The App itself does not automatically transmit data to any cloud services.
3. Third-Party Services
Currently, the App does not integrate any third-party tools for analytics (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reporting, or advertising (e.g., AdMob).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. The modified Privacy Policy becomes effective the moment it is posted on this page (or within the App).

Ideaction（以下、「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱い方針について定めます。
1. 取得する情報および利用目的
本アプリはオフラインで完全に動作するローカルファーストなアプリケーションです。アカウントの作成などは不要であり、ユーザーの個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）を収集、保存、または外部サーバへ送信することはありません。
アプリ内で作成されたデータ（メモ、アイデア、アクションなど）は、ユーザーのデバイス（スマートフォンやタブレット等）のローカルストレージ内にのみ保存されます。
2. クラウドバックアップについて
ユーザーがGoogle Driveなどのサードパーティ製アプリケーションを利用して、自身のデバイスのローカルフォルダをクラウド上にバックアップまたは同期する場合、そのデータは該当サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。本アプリ自身がクラウドサービスへの自動送信を行うことはありません。
3. サードパーティサービス
本アプリの利用において、現状、使用状況の分析やクラッシュレポートのためのサードパーティ製ツール（Google Analytics for Firebaseなど）および広告配信モジュール（AdMobなど）は組み込んでおりません。
4. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、事前の通知なく変更される場合があります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページ（またはアプリ内）に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
5. 免責事項
本アプリの利用により生じたトラブルや損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負わないものとします。データのバックアップ等はユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。
