IdeaBoost ("we", "our", "us") is operated by ApexNova Digital LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the IdeaBoost app (the "App"), you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and password. Passwords are handled securely by our authentication provider and are not stored by us in plain text. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from that provider.
Content you create: the topics, prompts, and inputs you enter, the AI-generated results, and your saved favorites and generation history.
Usage data: features used, generation counts, and in-app activity.
Device and technical data: device model, operating system, app version, language and region, and crash diagnostics.
Advertising identifier: for users who see ads, we and our advertising partner may access your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) to serve and measure ads.
How we use your information
To provide and operate the App, including generating content and syncing your history and favorites. To manage your account, subscriptions, and daily usage limits. To display and measure advertising for users who are not subscribers. To improve the App, diagnose crashes, and prevent abuse and fraud. To respond to your support requests.
AI processing and third parties
To generate content, the text you enter is sent to our third-party AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your prompts. We also rely on the following providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, remote configuration, crash reporting), OpenAI (AI content generation), Google AdMob (advertising), and RevenueCat with the Apple App Store and Google Play (subscription processing).
Advertising and tracking
For non-subscribers, we show ads through Google AdMob. On iOS, we ask for your permission before using your advertising identifier for tracking (App Tracking Transparency); you can change this any time in your device settings. Subscribers do not see ads.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from the App (Profile then Delete Account). Deleting your account removes your generation history, favorites, and profile data.
Children
IdeaBoost is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new Last updated date.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the IdeaBoost app (the "App"), operated by ApexNova Digital LLC. By using the App you agree to these Terms and, where applicable, to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App to create content for your own use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to generate or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to bypass safety controls or usage limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AI-generated content
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing content before you use or publish it, and for complying with the rules of any platform where you post it. Subject to applicable law, you own the content you generate and are responsible for how it is used.
Subscriptions and billing
IdeaBoost offers auto-renewable subscriptions (IdeaBoost PRO). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Please provide accurate information when you register.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, suitable, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexNova Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
