TERMS OF USE
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the App, including all related features and services.
1.2 Please read these Terms carefully. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1.3 Your mobile carrier, internet service provider, or other third-party providers may charge you for data usage or network access while you use the App. You are solely responsible for any such fees and any other costs related to your device, network, or use of the App. If you are not the person responsible for paying for the device or network, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the relevant payer.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
2.1 Some features of the App may require you to create an account.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You must promptly update your information if it changes.
2.3 Your account credentials are for your personal use only. You must keep them confidential and secure. You may not share, transfer, sell, or allow others to use your credentials.
2.4 We may suspend or disable your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk.
3. USER CONTENT
3.1 Any content you upload, submit, or create through the App is generally treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
3.2 You retain ownership of your content as allowed by law. By submitting content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and perform such content for the following purposes:
a. operating, maintaining, and providing the App and its services
b. enabling features within the App, including sharing where applicable
c. promoting and marketing the App and related services across different media
3.3 You acknowledge that content may be made available to other users or third parties when required to provide App functionality or related services.
4. AVAILABILITY
4.1 We aim to keep the App available and functioning. However, the App relies on internet and mobile networks, and availability may be affected by factors beyond our control.
4.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability. The App may be suspended or restricted for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
5. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
5.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
a. download and install the App on a device you own or control and use it for personal purposes
b. use any documentation we provide solely to support your permitted use of the App
5.2 Your rights under these Terms are personal and may not be assigned or transferred. If you sell, gift, or transfer a device with the App installed, you must remove the App before doing so.
5.3 Your use of the App may also be governed by the terms and policies of the app store from which you downloaded the App. If there is any conflict between those terms and these Terms, the app store terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.
6. OTHER TERMS
6.1 Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, security, or operational changes, or improvements to the App. We will make the updated Terms available within the App or otherwise present them to you. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the App. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
6.2 Effective date
These Terms become effective when you accept them through the App or when you otherwise access or use the App.
6.3 Interpretation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to interpret these Terms and make reasonable determinations regarding their application in connection with the App.
