What We Do

Habit building and habit changing is hard.

Lets help ourselves by focusing on doable bits which add up to a big chunk of progress. Our flagship programme is the intense Healthy Habits for Life. (The first cohort is almost full.)

We are currently building up our ligther programme called the 'Habit Builder'. This programme focuses on one of the 3 dimensions of living well that we have identified. Namely, Nourishment, Physical Activity and Mental Wellness
